PrixMax MEG95 Premium Universal Antifreeze Antiboil OAT Coolant Concentrate - 5 Litres makes up to 15 Litres.

PrixMax MEG95 is a premium OAT coolant concentrate that offers extended life corrosion protection, superior performance at high operating temperatures and year-round anti-freeze and anti-boil protection for petrol, gas, light and heavy duty diesel engines. This technically advanced formulation will protect all cooling system metals against pitting, corrosion and erosion, and is nitrite, amine, phosphate and silicate (NAPS) free and borate free.

MEG95 also comes in a nitrite and molybdate inhibited version PrixMax Premix 50-N for heavy duty engine manufacturers requiring a nitrite inhibited product meeting TMC RP329 click here for Premix 50-N. Meets or exceeds a wide variety of coolant performance specifications, including ASTM D3306, ASTM D6210, Ford WSS-M97B44-D, GMW 3420 and VW TL 774D/F
Provides effective, long term corrosion protection for the six basic metal alloys - aluminium, brass, cast iron, steel, solder and copper - found in most heat transfer systems
When used as directed, protects passenger cars and light commercial vehicles for up to 8 years or 250,000kms (whichever comes first) and heavy duty engines for up to 8 years, 1,000,000kms or 12,000 hours (whichever comes first)
1 Litre of Concentrate MEG95 Antifreeze / Coolant Makes 3 Litres of Coolant ( Please do not use a ratio of less than 33% or more than 66% coolant to water as it may be harmful to the engine)
For optimum performance it is recommended to mix one part coolant to one part good quality water which is a 50/50 ratio.

Notes

Supplementary Coolant Additive (SCA) Filters or Coolant filters should NOT used with this coolant. These types of filters should be plumbed out of the system entirely or if this can't be done a blank filter installed that contains no SCA's such as a Baldwin B5134

It is recommended for optimal performance and life to be achieved, when undergoing coolant change out procedure, a radiator flush to be conducted prior to product installation. Why Antifreeze / Coolant ?

Antifreeze / Coolant properties prevent the engine from freezing or overheating, providing optimal performance even in the harshest conditions. Areas in Australia where temperatures are in the extremes such as the Snowy Mountains, Tasmanian Highlands and any where else where prolonged periods (over 3 consecutive days and nights) of sub zero temperatures may be experienced require antifreeze / coolants to keep the engine running smoothly. If operating in an environment that doesn't experience such condition consideration should be given to a type B non anti-freeze coolant such as PrixMax RCP Platinum which has the ability to keep an engine running cooler in the much hotter parts of Australia.
