Depeding on the condition of the return as per below returns may be rejected if not in orginal packing or changed in any way.
Goods Arrived Faulty or Unacceptable Condition: If any goods ordered arrive in faulty or unacceptable condition please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue. FCP Solutions offers a replacement or full refund, including freight costs, for all faulty goods or goods in unacceptable condition. FCP Solutions reserves the right to reject claims of this nature if after investigation it is found the fault or condition is from misuse contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.
Change of Mind Purchases: If you purchase the wrong goods or simply change your mind it must be returned in it’s original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a refund less a 10% restocking and administration fee with a minimum charge of $10 (to cover our initial postage costs to send you the goods if the goods included free initial postage), which will be deducted from the purchase price. Unfortunately any initial shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If Incorrect Goods Ordered or Does Not Fit: Every care has been taken to compile the accuracy of the advertised goods application and number cross reference, however, despite our best efforts there may be some errors. Please take care to ensure that you are ordering the correct goods for your application. If you are unsure of the correct goods or have any doubts whatsoever about its suitablity, please provide us with the VIN#, YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, FILTER NUMBERS etc. of the application you are ordering goods for and we will verify fitment for you.
The buyer holds all responsibility in ordering the correct goods, however should you order goods that are incorrect, we will happily receive the goods back in its original packaging and condition and send another out at the buyers cost. We also offer a refund should the buyer request it, the buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs. A 10% restocking and administration fee with a minimum charge of $10 (to cover our initial postage costs to send you the goods), will be deducted from the purchase price should the buyer request a refund.
Received Incorrect Goods: If buyer has received incorrect goods to that which was originally purchased, please advise us so we can amend and send the correct order ASAP. We will be responsible for the return shipping of the incorrect item and re-shipping the correct item at our cost. FCP Solutions will also offer a full refund should the buyer request it if this is the case.
Unhappy With Goods: If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to discuss you grievance. We will do our best to resolve any issue.
Goods Developed a Fault (Warranty Claim): All goods supplied by FCP Solutions are from major and reputable worldwide aftermarket manufacturers and are covered by the respective manufacturer warranties. If the goods are found to be faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period after delivery, you may reject them, please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. After inspection of the returned goods you may claim a full refund or a replacement, this decision is entirely yours. All return freight costs will be at FCP Solutions expense given in the form of a refund. FCP Solutions reserves the right to reject claims of this nature if after investigation it is found the fault or condition is from misuse contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.
Manufacturers may require the inspection of the goods in question and / or details of its fitment where a warranty is made. Failure to give sufficient notification may result in the claim being rejected. Please refer to manufacturers web site for more specific warranty details or contact FCP Solutions for further guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not accept any responsibility for damage arising from incorrect or unsuitable goods being fitted to any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any goods prior to purchase.
To the extent permitted by law, a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you;
(1.) Substantially modify the goods;
(2.) The goods have been lost or damaged;
(3.) The goods have been attached to other property and cannot be removed without causing damage;
(4.) Too much time has passed;
(5.) Misuse the goods contrary to user instructions or packaging labels;
(6.) In the case of incorrect purchase or change of mind the item must be in it’s original condition.
